Bass Lake Rates

The following costs are applicable to individuals wishing to make use of our facilities:

Gate Entry and Camping: From 1 September 2011

Day Entry (**)
Adults < 60 years		R80 per person per day
Adults (Pensioners): 60+ years		R60 per person per day
Children under 1.2 meters		R40 per child per day

Overnight Fees (**)
Applicable to all the above. Excl. Thatch Gazebo Site (*)		Overnighting R40 pp/pn (minimum 2 day stay)

Season Tickets
R1050.00/ adult: unlimited DAY entries & overnighting as per operating hours and rules. Includes squash & tennis courts, mountain bike trail, swimming pool & waterfront facility. A season ticket is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Family specials are available on season tickets. Please e-mail us for further info.

Smaller thatches are available on a "first-come-first-served" basis, at all times at no extra fee per day (no power point). These are suitable for up to 4 people and only have parking available for 2 cars. These hut numbers are hut 3, 5, 9 and 11
CERTAIN large thatches are available on a booked basis ONLY. Costs are R80 per day: these are numbered 14, 15, 16, 18,19 & 20. The remaining large thatches, numbered 4,6,7,8,10 and 13 are available on a "first-come-first-served" basis at all times at no extra fee per day. Parking ranges from 3 - 5 cars at these sites. All large thatches have a light and a power point and are suitable for groups of 6 +

Thatch bookings and payments must be finalised within 24 hours of telephonic booking to secure the thatch
Please fax/ email us proof of payment as soon as made (we cannot pick up payment on internet for up to 3 days), to ensure confirmation. We cannot guarantee booking if NO faxed/ e-mailed proof received by us

You are welcome to erect your own gazebo on the open unfenced areas, at no extra cost

PLEASE NOTE: Bass Fishing is CLOSED for spawning season 1 Sept - 31 Oct

Permits cost R100/person/day (NO sharing of rods). Gate entry fees are payable in addition to permit fees - please refer above

Trailers attract a fee of R15/day
A R300 deposit/person is required and refundable at the day's end, after a vehicle/boat inspection, and if all rules have been adhered to.
